We provide executive coaching for CEOs, C-suite executives, and GMs for a number of well-known organisations.  We believe that the primary responsibility of a leader is to create and sustain an optimal emotional environment for their people so that organisational goals can be achieved in complex, competitive circumstances.  Some leaders tell us they think that there is no place for emotional considerations at work, yet they reconsider quickly when asked to reflect on what it is that great leaders actually do to create followership, loyalty, and performance across large groups of people.

To successfully influence the values and behaviours of others, leaders need first to have a high level of insight into their own and how they have formed and changed over time.  They need to be resilient, yet sensitive to how the highs and lows impact them and others.  They need to be able to stay on course in the face of difficulty or disagreement, yet consult and influence appropriately to bring people on the journey. They need to understand the dynamics of groups and how power and authority are used -  by them as well as by those around them.  While this might sound like working on the 'soft stuff', we are commercial and realistic - we understand this is a means to an end  and that performance and satisfaction are usually the goals!  When coaching executives, we are usually helping them to make fine adjustments to suit their approach to a particular context.  Please contact us if you are ready to work on taking your leadership to a new level of sophistication.
