As Organisational Psychologists, we bring to the table the fundamental belief that every organisation, regardless of its purpose, size, or culture, needs people to demonstrate certain universal attitudes and behaviours.  These universals include empathy, insight, curiosity, collaboration, optimism, and the ability to influence and lead.  Whether the organisation's purpose is to manufacture paint or create major public events, these attributes enable the organisation to innovate, adapt, solve problems, and achieve its performance goals.

Working with individuals, teams, or units we adopt a 'coaching' approach.  We take the time to listen and ask questions to help explore the issues and reach hypotheses that we can test together.  Wherever possible, we guide you in the use of your own resources to design and implement any interventions required.  This increases the learning for people and the system, creates sustainable performance, and builds the ability to resolve issues in the future - more independently of consultants.

Putting this philosophy into practice has helped Inspirational Workplaces build success for Australian and international organisations and their people since 1982.  So, if you have a question that you can't quite answer or a problem that seems to slip through your fingers when you try to grab at it, contact us and we'll see if we can help.
