Our comprehensive Talent Development Assessment is a rigorous program for senior professionals, leaders, and executives that stretches out over 2 - 3 months of engagement.  The program comprises a day of assessment and interviews, a comprehensive written report, feedback sessions, and then tailored development planning and coaching sessions.  Similar in structure and tone to our Selection Assessment, the Talent Development Assessment provides the person with benchmarking and expert, objective feedback on a range of competencies that are key to performing and succeeding in their organisation or chosen field.  See 'Career Insight', our Career Development Coaching program for an alternative approach.
